Our vetting

Trust isn't a checkbox, it's our process.

Four standards every provider clears before, and after, joining our network.

  1. 01

    DCYF license check

We confirm every provider holds a current Washington State DCYF license before they ever appear on our list.

  2. 02

    Violation history review

We review each provider's DCYF inspection and complaint history. Providers with serious unresolved issues don't join our network.

  3. 03

    In-person visits

We visit daycares in person, touring the facility, meeting the owner, and seeing how children are cared for.

  4. 04

    Ongoing feedback loop

We collect family feedback after every placement and remove providers who receive consistent complaints.

We stay with you through the first year.

Five scheduled check-ins so you're never alone in evaluating the fit.

Need help paying for childcare? You may qualify.

Washington's Working Connections Child Care (WCCC) program helps low- and moderate-income families pay for licensed care. We know which providers in our network accept WCCC and we'll match you accordingly.
